Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Real Automations ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Real Automations builds custom intelligent automation systems and bespoke software. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Agreement for each engagement.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals at agreed-upon milestones.
• Ensure they have the legal right to any data or materials provided to us for use in the project.

4.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Real Automations retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or proprietary tools used in the project.

4.2. Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom code and deliverables created specifically for them.

5.1. Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, are outlined in ourRefund and Cancellation Policy.

5.2. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Termination terms, including any final payments due, will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
